Clam linguine is an easy and delicious weekday dish that the whole family will love, combining simple ingredients with big, bold flavors. It’s the kind of meal that’s both quick to prepare and comforting enough to feel like a treat. It never fails to impress me.
Clam linguine is more than just a meal, it makes me feel so much nostalgia. It was a dish that I grew up on, and it has always been my all-time favorite. When I was little I would’ve happily eaten clam linguine every day if I had the choice. I would always dip bread into the clam sauce while it was still simmering on the stove, and I would sneek some clams before the dish was fully ready to serve. Whenever I walk into my grandparents house and I smell clam linguine a smile crosses my face. This meal has always made me happy as a clam.
This might be one of my favorite meals.
